Site Manager (Finishing) required for a 12 week freelance placement on a large new build extra care facility in Manchester. The build is based in South manchester and will hold 110 apartments for the elderly.

You will be working until the site completes in April 2020. You will be working closely with a permanent project manager based on site.

Your role will be working out on site snagging and completing new build apartments being built for a housing association client. You will be on hand to assist the project manager on other aspects of the project when required.

The ideal applicant will be from a joinery background, have recent supervision experience on residential new build properties, and hold CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications.
