The BIM Team supports and assists in the development, implementation & delivery of BIM & Digital workflows throughout the practice and on projects.

About You
Working towards or already obtained a BIM or Construction related degree.

The Role
Understand the ISO19650 and other industry standards and be able to implement them on projects
Assist in the creation and development of the company suite of BIM documents
Identify areas of development and best practice within BIM and share knowledge across the studios
Upskill and mentor teams in understanding and applying BIM & Digital processes to meet their project delivery requirements and provide ongoing support and guidance
Perform project audits at key milestones

Essential Skills
Desire to learn.
A broad/general knowledge of the construction industry
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills to enable effective team working
Problem-solving ability, self-starting and ability to prioritise
Enthusiasm


Desirable Skills
Knowledge of BIM & Digital processes
Experience of key BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks
Experience in Clash Detection
Experience in data application and/or information management
Experience of training and mentoring others
