In this capacity, the selected candidate will oversee the management of a multi-tenanted 200,000 sq. ft. building, ensuring legal compliance, safety, and a customer-centric environment with agreed service standards.

This role demands a strong customer focus, serving as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and maintaining regular communication. Additionally, you will handle day-to-day operational aspects of building management, adhering to risk management protocols, and overseeing staff and contractors.

We are seeking individuals with managing agent experience, adept in client and tenant engagement, and possessing robust service charge budget expertise. The ideal candidate will thrive in a customer-focused role, possessing a deep understanding of commercial building management. Holding an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is required, and membership in a professional body such as IWFM is preferred.
