Anderselite is seeking an Assistant Building Manager for a permanent position with a leading property management and real estate services firm in Sheffield.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist in creating a legally compliant, safe, and customer-focused environment, delivering exceptional service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee helpdesk operations and manage work orders.
- Swiftly and effectively resolve complaints.
- Ensure legal compliance through regular inspections and timely repairs.
- Manage construction and design in accordance with CDM regulations.
- Review and manage facilities management fees and budgets.
- Enhance occupier and client experiences with top-notch service.
- Conduct health and safety risk assessments.
- Support HR procedures and team welfare.
- Assist with insurance claims and lease requirements.
- Perform regular property inspections and maintain detailed reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Facilities Management.
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in IT (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- IOSH certification.
