Anderselite are currently recruiting for an Assistant Building Manager for a permanent opportunity with a leading property management and real estate services firm based in Sheffield.
We are looking for someone who in a management capacity, will be able to assist in the delivery of a legally compliant, safe, customer focused environment providing agreed levels of service
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage helpdesk operations and work orders.
- Resolve complaints swiftly and effectively.
- Ensure legal compliance with inspections and repairs.
- Handle construction and design management in line with CDM regulations.
- Review and manage facilities management fees and budgets.
- Enhance occupier and client experiences with excellent service.
- Conduct health and safety risk assessments.
- Support HR procedures and team welfare.
- Assist with insurance claims and lease requirements.
- Maintain regular property inspections and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Facilities Management.
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- IT proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
