Anderselite are currently seeking a talented Specification Consultant for a permanent full-time role.

Job Description:

• Prepare detailed project specifications, aligning with project scope and client brief.
• Coordinate specifications with contract conditions and other disciplines.
• Keep up-to-date with technical standards, products, and innovation.
• Attend internal and external meetings, providing consultancy services as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues on multiple projects under the direction of the Team Leader.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities with established clients.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Architectural Specifications.
• Strong technical knowledge of modern construction techniques and standards.
• Understanding of UK construction procurement methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database applications.

Qualifications:

• Degree qualified in Architecture or Architectural Technology, or Building Surveyors will be considered too.
• Knowledge of NBS Chorus is desirable.
