A leading national contractor is seeking a sensible and logical Site Manager to oversee the partial demolition & refurbishment of a car showroom in Tamworth.

The role will consist of overseeing the project including managing trades on site, adhering to H&S requirements, ensuring projects run on time and to budget, and ensuring works are carried to the required standards.

Previous experience overseeing refurbishment or fit out of a car showroom is a bonus. Project is estimated to run for up to 11 months.

Requirements:
• Valid SMSTS and CSCS Card.
• Joinery/Trades background.
• First aid.
• 2 x References.

Rate will be between £240 - £260 per day and can be paid through CIS.
