Site Manager - Permanent - (Residential Exp)

Hi, I'm looking to speak to SM's who have worked or are working in the Housing sector at this time or ASM ready to take the step up - but have been running own site - just not in title.

Used to working within NHBC stanadards.

You'll have your SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Managers card.

This role is active now and the client is carrying out interviews for the first site near Farnworth.

Ideally you'll be comfortable building timber frame and trad properties.
