Site Manager Required for small housing development on the outskirts of Wigan.

Qualifications Needed: CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid

New build housing Site Manager required for small new development near Wigan. The 1st phase is initially 14 timber frame houses built for a local Housing Association on Brownfield land. The succesful candidate will have a strong track record in managing new build housing sites and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results within strict timelines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction site, including managing subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a succesful main contractor with an excellent pipeline of work for 2024 & into 2025. The initial project will develop into new phases after the 14 properties are completed and handed over.
