Site Manager - EWI Replacement / Improvement Works - South Yorkshire

We are currently working with a leading contractor specialising in external works for both commercial and domestic properties and they are looking to bring in a Site Manager to oversee a large scheme in South Yorkshire.

This role is to take the project delivery of all EWI installation works across multiple live projects.  You will be responsible for organising all materials, trades, subcontractors, delivery, quality control and handover of the property with the customer.

You will work closeley with customer care operatives and the resident liaison teams to ensure that customers in live properties and kept informed of the works to be done, alterations to the scope and program and that everything is handed back in a timely fashion.

Ideally you will have previous experience of social housing refurbishment works and understand complicated but smaller scale building programs.

You will have a current SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card and ideally have experuence of working in the South Yorkshire area.
