Site Manager - New Build Housing - Permanent Opportunity - Award Winning House Builder

I am currently working with a leading housing developer who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on a site near Sheffield.

The site is at an early stage and this manager will be required to take over and lead from the front and deliver a high quality product with the customer experience being at the forefront of their mind.

You will have the usual day to day responsibilities including overseeing all health & safety on site, ordering materials, managing subcontractors and labour, dealing with customers, NHBC, LABC and local authorities.

Leading the team you will work towards a set program and deliver first class homes to an excellent standard.

You will have previous experience of working for a leading volume housing developer and have the usual qualifications and certificates including a current SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card. Ideally you will have a trades background.
