This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join an established Regional Housebuilder, and to lead the site team on the delivery of a High Spec Housing Development in the Urmston area

They are looking for someone who takes pride in constructing exceptional houses and can run a good tidy site. You will be responsible for the delivery of Circa 40 completions, this will be mainly 3 &4 Bedroom Properties.

The Successful candidate will have a proven track record of building houses to a high specification, and will be able to motivate and inspire all staff on site to maintain a very high standard of workmanship throughout the build.

You will either have already won NHBC awards demonstrating your commitment to excellence, or will be hungry to do so.

You will have a desire and drive to build houses that set a benchmark that the client's competitors cannot reach, and take pride in working for a company whose product inspires respect in the industry.

You will be committed to high standards in all aspects of your work, ensuring all current health and safety legislation is adhered to at all times, and adopting modern procedure's throughout your site.

You will have excellent communication skills, and a hands on approach to ensure all your staff know exactly what is required and that they deliver it.
