Site Manager required for long term contract on a site Manchester. The project is a £5m new build site in central Manchester. You will be site based.

Experience on steel framed construction will be welcomed.

Duties Include:
Working for a established main contractor on a large new build construction site
Management and supervisory duties for sub-contractors on site
Overseeing all health & safety on site, to ensure safe working

The successful candidate will come from a trade background, and hold CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications.

Approx 45 hours per week on site. This placement will be outside IR35 so payment can be made via a Limited company or Personal UTR method.
