Position Overview:

I am seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage all on-site operations for our modular construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage day-to-day site operations
-Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
-Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
-Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Site Manager in modular construction
-Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety protocols
-Excellent leadership and communication skills
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
-Relevant certifications and licenses
-Willingness to travel within the North of England
