Site Manager required on a large refurbishment project in Liverpool for a start in Early June 2023

The site Manager will be involved in the fit-out and refurbishment stages of the project, you will be overseeing key packages on site and be working as part of a large management team for the Main contractor.

The project has a large amount of bars & restaurant areas to fit-out. You will oversee the key sub-contractors on the fit-out and finishing elements of the project. Strong Experience of finishing projects would be an advantage.

As a Site Manager you will be:
Number 2 on site running the sections of works daily, with a team working for you
overseeing sub-contactors
meeting with the client
working on design and programming of the project.

We are looking for a Site manager who:
have experience in fit-out and refrurbishement projects and completed projects in the hospitality sector
Someone who has progressed through to site & project management
Someone with extensive trades management experience.
Has strong experience of working for Main Contractors.
You will hold CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications as a minimum.

The successful candidate will be working for a large regional contractor. There is a strong pipeline of work with the same client for the successful applicant.
