Senior Quantity Surveyor - Stratford
Senior Quantity Surveyor required by a Tier 1 International Construction Contractor. They provide construction services across many sectors and are renowned for investing in and rewarding their employees, along with excellent long term career prospects.
They have a proven track record of successful delivery across traditionally tendered projects and have a very strong order book. Now require a Senior QS to join their expanding construction division. The work conducted out of this office will work across a range of sectors including - Mixed-Use Schemes, Commercial, Education and Health Care sectors.
This is a great opportunity to join their commercial team to work on multi-million state of the art education scheme.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all commercial management functions of a small to medium sized projects, or sections of a large projuect valued at least £15m.
You will need:
- A steady employment background with a tier one construction contractor
- Experience in high-rise buildings would be advantegous
- Experience working in a live project environment
- Will need current CSCS Managers Card
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
RICS or IOB membership preferred, but not essential
