I joined Anderselite in 2014 as a member of the back office, coming from a finance background; working in both the payroll and credit control departments. I’d always toyed with the thought of becoming a Consultant and I’m so grateful to Anderselite for giving me the opportunity to make it a reality, as I’ve never looked back.

I recruit in the construction sector for mainly production and commercial roles. I truly enjoy building new relationships and meeting new people and this is why I love my job. I am also the IR35 coordinator for Anders, which gives me the opportunity to speak and assist with both clients and contractors nationwide.

When I’m not working, I’ll be out socialising or spending time with family and spoiling my niece and nephews rotten.
