Our client is looking for an immediate start for a Senior BIM Coordinator based within West Manchester.

Rate: £26 per hour inside IR35
Location: Trafford Park
Hybrid: 3 days per week working from home
Contract length: 3 months with review
Sector: hospitality/pharmaceutical (previous experience not required)

Responsibilities:

- Receiving the briefings and progressing modelling actions to produce coordinated models and 2D drawings
- Attending design meetings at the client’s site
- Managing BIM360 model access and sharing
- Reporting deliverables to design manager on a weekly basis using drawing production schedules
- Writing and developing project BIM execution plan, being responsible for disseminating its requirements to colleagues

Essential requirements:

- Software proficient: AutoCAD and Revit
- BIM360 experienced
