I am currently seeking a Freelance Recruitment Coordinator for work on HS2.

Within this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

• Assisting with recruitment needs throughout the recruitment process
• Candidate search / networking through job boards, referrals, LinkedIn
• Updating the Recruitment team and Hiring Managers
• Taking in job vacancies from Hiring Managers

The ideal candidate would have as follows:

• Previous experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator or similar
• Previous experience within the civils market or familiarity with candidate job titles / roles within that sector
• Ability to work multiple roles
