Recently Qualified Architect job in Manchester City Centre

Role:

- Preparing design and access statements and managing planning applications
- Managing multiple customer engagements, following clear processes to ensure project success
- Conducting feasibility and option studies and design proposals for presentation and review taking briefs and developing initial design proposals
- Investigating different construction methods, alternative choices of materials and size of quality of the project


Qualifications:

- Revit experience (essential)
- Strong design and technical skills (essential)
- Knowledge of UK best practices standards (essential)
- Knowledge of Dynamo, Uniclass 2015, IFC, Construction Cloud (desirable)
- Experience in industrial/warehouse projects (desirable)
- Contract administration and site experience (desirable)
