An opportunity has arisen for a part time Quantity Surveyor to join our client's basement construction business.

Salary negotiable

The successful candidate will be working in a small office environment. They will be required to assist the contract managers and team in providing valuations, contract costs with variations valued along with tender assistance and accounts support.

Groundworks/Civils knowledge and good understanding of JCT are preferred.

Knowledge and experience of working within the construction industry is essential.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings, provide clear and concise quantities with reports in relation to pre-construction and on-going projects required along with retentions and preparing and submitting final accounts.

Good level of QS experience
Good IT skills
Full clean driving licence
Flexibility to travel if required
Able to work under your own initiative
