I joined AndersElite in January of 2019 as part of the Civil Engineering team, bringing with me my previous three years’ experience of recruiting for Ground Engineering Contractors.

I specialise in Ground Engineering recruitment and I focus heavily on Piling, Basement Construction, and Groundworks… although I do touch on other areas of the sector. The knowledge I have of my specialist sectors of Ground Engineering, predominantly Piling, is very strong and I regularly converse with qualified Civil or Geotechnical Engineers on a semi-technical level.
The passion I have for the market ensures that I am always one step ahead of the game and allows me to be proactive to both my clients and candidates’ needs.

Outside of work, my time is taken up with going to the gym, playing golf (badly) and spending time with my daughter at the weekend.
