About The Role:
We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Project Manager, specializing in high-end luxury residential projects. Based in Reigate, this role will occasionally require travel to Kent and Oxford, ensuring the seamless execution of our prestigious projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions to ensure the successful execution of luxury residential projects.
- Coordinate staff and internal resources for project execution.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee project procurement management.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.

About You:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in high-end residential projects.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and capable of managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for project requirements, including occasional trips to Oxford.
