Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Based out of Reigate - Travel required
Sector: Consultancy, Refurbishment, Construction.
Type: Permanent Role
Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 per annum*

**Base salary negotiable on level / relevant experience**

About The Role:

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Project Manager, specializing in high-end luxury residential projects. Based in Reigate, this role will occasionally require travel to Kent and Oxford, ensuring the seamless execution of our prestigious projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning sessions to ensure the successful execution of luxury residential projects.
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources for project execution.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project procurement management.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as needed.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.

About You:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in high-end residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capable of managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for project requirements, including occasional trips to Oxford.
