Our client, a leading construction company operating in the Rail industry is seeking to employ a Pre Contracts Project Manager.

As Pre-Contracts Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for effectively leading and managing the bid management activities in the Scotland business regions.

As a Pre Contracts Manager you will be involved in a range of projects at pre-contract/tender stage covering rail infrastructure work inclusive of but not limited to civil engineering & building works, Mechanical & Electrical, Electrification & Plant works, typical works including bridges and footbridges, embankments, station improvements, platforms, tunnels, electrification etc. The team are involved in multi-disciplinary capital delivery projects and maintenance works for civils and buildings infrastructure throughout the Scotland rail network, whether one off tendered projects or projects within our clients long term maintenance framework / contract agreements with Network Rail.

To excel in this role, you will have previous experience as a Pre-Contracts Manager (or similar position) in the rail/civil engineering industry.

You will be joining a reputable and firmly established, engineering contractor operating nationally in rail, civils and engineering markets.
