About the role:

Key Functions to integrate fully with the Commercial team, support and protect the commercial interests of the business operations.
To ensure all duties delivered in accordance with Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and that Environmental management requirements are maintained, together with the Company core values.

You will:

1.To be competent and familiar with Company IMS [Integrated Management System] and undertake duties in accordance with Company protocols.
2. Cost Value Reports (CVR) including Dashboards.
3. Gain understanding of English Contractual Law.
4. Contractual letters in response to Orders received.
5. Contractual letters in response to changes, variations in Orders received and all matters generally.
6. Administer Contract Changes.
7. Claims Management including:-
a. Variations
b. Early Warnings
c. Compensation Events
d. Build Contemporary Records
e. Demonstrations of Change
8. Production of Valuations and the
finalisation/agreement of Accounts.
9. Negotiations of terms and conditions of Contract (various forms) including:-
a. NEC
b. JCT
c. Bespoke
10. Supporting Operations Delivery Departments in the production of Valuations and the
finalisation/agreement of Accounts.
11. Assisting Accounting teams with Contractual queries and Outstanding cash/aged debts.
12. Assist and attend Pre-Award meetings if required, ensuring minuting minutes reflect the Tender proposal / Proposed Sub-Contract.

Communicative, organised, flexible and committed, you must also have:

Previous experience in the geotechnical sector, with a strong knowledge of multiple piling disciplines
Full UK Driving Licence
Computer literate and competent in use of MS Office to create spreadsheets and documents for effective reporting, communication and record keeping.
