Piling Contracts Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Piling Contracts Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of piling contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing piling projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and manage piling projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Oversee the entire contract process, including tendering, bidding, negotiating, and finalizing contract agreements.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to review project requirements, specifications, and drawings, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors, providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and ensuring their performance aligns with project requirements.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and financial reports.
• Monitor project costs, budget, and financial performance, and implement measures to control expenses and optimize profitability.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager in the piling industry.
• Strong knowledge of piling techniques, construction methodologies, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
