Are you a newly qualified Architect or an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant working towards Part III? Do you have a passion for residential architecture and a track record of seeing projects through from concept to delivery? We're helping a creative, client-focused architectural practice to recruit someone just like you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading residential projects from inception through construction and completion, taking ownership of design, technical delivery, and client satisfaction
  • Coordinating the design process: producing conceptual designs, preparing planning submissions, technical detailing, and overseeing site implementation
  • Managing project teams (junior architects, assistants, consultants) and collaborating with contractors and stakeholders
  • Producing high-quality drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Ensuring projects run on time, budget, and to a consistently high design standard


Who you are:

  • Either a newly qualified Architect (ARB registered) or a strong Part II Architectural Assistant progressing towards Part III
  • Proven experience in residential architecture projects (from small-scale homes up to larger residential schemes)
  • Confident in leading projects, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and delivering complex detail
  • Very good working knowledge of AutoCAD comfortable preparing drawings and technical details to a high standard
  • Strong communicator, well organised, keen to mentor or lead junior staff where needed
