Job Title: Multi-skilled Joiner

Job Description:

Our client, a leading social housing provider, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join their team. This role involves working on a variety of projects within social housing, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out joinery work including fitting kitchens, doors, windows, and other woodwork.
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks in occupied and void properties.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and residents.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a joiner, preferably within social housing.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery.
- Multi-skilled in other trades such as plumbing, plastering, or tiling is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license.
