We are recruiting on behalf of a respected social housing provider for a skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers a varied workload across void properties, reactive repairs, and planned maintenance, with additional earning potential through call-out and overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Joinery work in void properties to prepare homes for new tenants
• Reactive repairs and maintenance in tenanted properties
• Basic multi-trade tasks where required (e.g. patch plastering, minor plumbing)
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
• Accurate completion of job records and reporting

Essential Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in domestic or social housing environments
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
