Mechanical Site Manager

Anderselite are looking to recruit a Mechanical Site Manager for a Residential project in Central London that will be secure work for the next 2 years.

The opportunity is to work for a industry leading D&B contractor offering turnkey management services. You MUST have extensive experience/be time served in air-conditioning as this is working for a specialist contractor.

Role:
• To understand the designs and scope of work from a construction and M&E perspective.
• You will manage all H&S, inductions, RAMS, permits and progress reports.
• Attend progress meetings.
• Manage all site access and access routes (previous experience working in an AC or HVAC contracting environment will help with this)
• Manage/communicate effectively with all sub-contractors and external stakeholders in technical terms and co-ordination.

You:
• Experience on working on D&B projects (Supervisor level minimum)
• SMSTS/SSSTS essential
• Qualification in an engineering type subject or relative to building services
• Plant/Scaffold inspection certs would be advantageous
• First Aid advantageous
