Mechanical Project Manager – Permanent – Bridgnorth, Shropshire– circa £50,000 plus benefits

AndersElite are recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager for a reputable building services contractor, based in their Shropshire office.

This is a permanent position, available ASAP (May 2025) and will offer a salary, depending on experience of approximately £50,000 per annum plus company benefits.

Our client is well established in the Midlands and North West, so this is an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager to join an experienced team and thriving business.

Reporting into the Directors, the selected candidate will be required to oversee mechanical services installations on new build and refurbishment projects, usually in the commercial, industrial, education and healthcare sectors.

Typical projects will range in value from £250k up to £1.5m in mechanical services value, so applicants should have proven experience as the overall mechanical lead on projects of this size in relevant building environments.

This is an office-based role (Bridgnorth, Shropshire), primarily overseeing projects in the central region of England, with site visits diarised as required.

The Mechanical Project Manager will be fully responsible for the running of projects (up to a maximum of three at one time) from inception through to completion, assisting on design and project planning, overseeing site installation, as well as all cost control and commercial management.

This position is available from May 2025, with applications welcome from candidates who are either immediately available or serving a notice period with their current employer.

It is advantageous for candidates to possess a degree / HNC in Building Services or any other technical qualifications, including SMSTS / CSCS for site management, although all applicants will be judged primarily on their previous experience.

If you are interested in this role please send your current CV urgently to Richard Bradley and you will receive a prompt call back should it be deemed likely of interest to our client.
