Anderselite are recruiting for a Mechanical Site Manager to manage mechanical services where an ex retail unit is to be transformed into office space.

The manager will be looking over the following installations:

• Domestic services & sanitaryware
• VRF Air Conditioning 
• Primary ventilation inc. new AHUs

Works spread across 2 floors or the building. 

As the manager you will be site based reporting directly to the project manager and liaising with the client and sub-contractors on site.

You will need an in date SMSTS/SSSTS and first aid certifications as well as mechanical site management experience. 

Wages to be paid weekly via CIS or PAYE umbrella.
