M&E Site Manager required for regional construction company based in Liverpool

The M&E Site manager is responsible for the overall coordination of M&E services on large projects up to £20m in value. You will ensure that the best design methods are used and will enable the contractor to deliver the project on time and on budget.

You will manage the production and delivery of design information and details for construction purposes to satisfy the requirements of the contract, design, procurement and construction programmes, along with site inspections of the building services installations across the project
You will be on hand to provide technical support to the project/site managers when required.

You will have experinece on site with a large contractor or building services sub-contractor, and have a sound knowledge of the M&E installation .

Minimum qualifications needed are a relevant qualification in Mechanical or electrical alongside CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications.

All workload will be based in the Liverpool area, so this is a great opportunity to join a contractor with a strong order book in Merseyside.
