As HSE Advisor, you'll be on the frontline, ensuring safety, health, and environmental excellence on-site. Engage with teams, deliver training, and support our clients mission to elevate safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Support: Collaborate with the team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure SHE compliance.
Training Delivery: Empower the team with SHE training for successful system implementation.
Operational Support: Coach operational teams to meet SHE requirements.
Supply Chain Assessment: Actively assess supply chain partners.
Objective Delivery: Drive annual SHE objectives for the project.
Assurance Programme Engagement: Ensure compliance with SHE standards.
Incident Investigation: Investigate incidents and share lessons swiftly.
Data Reporting: Support timely reporting and analysis for informed decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven SHE experience in construction.
Knowledge of SHE Management Systems.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Passionate about safety, health, and the environment.
