Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Administrator - Cambridgeshire (hybrid/home working with occassional days on site nr St Neots) - working to support a major infrastructure HSQE team, this role would suit either someone who has recently qualified within Health and Safety (graduate, NEBOSH etc) and has excellent administrative skills, or an experienced construction administrator/document controller with experience within a construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative services to the health and safety team in accordance with company policy
-Assist H&S team to make improvements and implement required changes
-Assist the H&S team to liaise with external agencies relation to health and safety matters
-Produce H&S reports as required
-Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work
-Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organisation and/or customers
-Provide any general administration services to the H&S team

Key Skills:
-The ideal candidate will have some experience of working in the construction sector
-Strong evidence of IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Good organisation skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads
-Good time management skills with a eye for detail and a proven capability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
-To be willing to take the initiative, be proactive, professional, self-motivated and disciplined
-To be able to act and react well under pressure, manage deadlines and work both on individual projects and as part of a team
