I am currently working with a leading developer of new build housing across the Yorkshire and North-West region. They are looking to appoint a Site Manager to join their team at Chinley for approximately 8 weeks, days to overseeing civil work on new build housing projects.

Start- 16.09.2022
Duration- 8 weeks
Rate-£250 a day (CIS pay)

Qualifications:
• valid SMSTS
• valid CSCS CARD
• valid First Aid certificate

Some of the job roles:
• Overseeing site set up including site perimeter establishment
• Overseeing civil works (Roads and Sewers, Foundation works)
• Liaising with local residents

Previous experience working on a housing project is desirable.
