Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
Respond to service requests and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall functionality and appearance of the facilities.
Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Handyperson or similar role.
Strong proficiency in various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
Ability to troubleshoot and address maintenance issues effectively.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to work in compliance with them.
