This is a maintenance and customer service position in on a GIGANTIC site for a leading luxury residential developer whose client owns this property. This is a permanent position with opportunity to grow.
Location
between South West and West London
Scope (of work): To liaise with Managing Agents, Third Party Operators, Production Staff, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers to ensure that the communal areas of Developments are handed over correctly, maintained to the required standard and are managed in accordance with legislation and best practice to protect my clients interests and to ensure their customers receive a world class service.
REQUIREMENTS:
A multi-trade background working in high-end premises is required. Experience dealing with HIGH NETWORTH CUSTOMERS in the property sector is crucial. Fantastic customer service skills are also necessary!
Attention to detail is a crucial quality for the ideal candidate to have as is excellent organisation. Strong communication skills are also essential.
