Electrician – Social Housing (Permanent Role)

We are currently recruiting for a qualified Electrician to join a well-established social housing team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with excellent benefits, working on behalf of a respected housing provider.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in domestic social housing properties
- Complete periodic testing and inspection reports (EICRs)
- Respond to reactive and planned works
- Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with tenants and housing staff
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
- Experience in domestic electrical work, ideally within social housing
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
