Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Supervisor for a permanent opportunity with a leading property management and real estate services firm based on site in Cambridge.

In this role, the Customer Service Supervisor will be the go to person for a number of central Cambridge properties as well as:

  • Leading and supervising the welcome team to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the welcome team, including training and scheduling
  • Provide a warm and efficient welcome experience for residents and guests
  • Handle resident inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
  • Act as the primary point of contact for event planning and execution

Qualifications & Skills required:

  • Exceptional people and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality or events management preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Fluent in English with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
