Contracts Manager – Permanent Role – High End Retail

Are you a contracts manager who has experience of managing retail projects?

We are currently recruiting for a contracts manager on behalf of an Andover based contractor who specialise in managing high end retail projects for luxury brands.

The company’s clients include Cartier, Harrods, Louis Vuitton , H&M, Wagamama, Abercrombie & Fitch and Adidas .

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Allocation of resources
• Setting budgets
• Programming
• H&S compliance
• Liaising with Contracts Director & Quantity Surveyor to monitor costs.
• Client meetings
• Monitoring site team

The contracts manager will need to have experience of managing fast track projects in either the retail or leisure fit out sector and be able to demonstrate experience of delivering projects on time and to budget .

The contractor are looking for someone who is assertive and can push projects forward, but in a diplomatic and pragmatic way. It is therefore essential that the contracts manage is an effective communicator as they will be dealing with everyone involved in the projects from the site team to the client’s own team.

Package negotiable dependant on skill set/suitability.
