Anders Elite are currently looking for an experince Site Manager or Foreman for a fast growing groundworks contractor based outside Newcastle. This role will be for a candiadte that is looking to progress into more of a Project Manager position, as the client if fast expanding anding keen to progress their staff internally.

This job will include:

• Supervising/Managing a site of up to 30 workers
• Liaising with the client to ensure the groundworks are on track and as planned
• Upkeeping general health and safety requirements
• Sorting and allocating labour where required
• Working on loccal sites (if you are North East based)
• This position's package does include a vehicle/allowance + Fuel card + Pension + Progression into Project Management

The ideal candidate for this position will consit of the following:

• SMSTS or SSSTS
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Site Manager/Foreman
• A minimum of 5 years experience in groundworks
• Preferably based anywhere between Newcastle and Middlesbrough
• Capable of running a large groundworks site
• Heavy civils and earthworks experience
