Anderselite is working with a major client of ours to recruit for BIM Manager. They are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to join their team in their Birmingham area office.
The Client is a leading main contractor specializing in delivering high-quality construction and engineering solutions across water and wastewater sectors.
The BIM Manager’s role is to coordinate the process of generating and managing 3D models with the overall objective of providing project design and delivery improvements. The successful candidate will work closely with the Engineering Manager.

Requirements:
• Hands-on BIM experience
• A degree or equivalent qualification in BIM Management
• Expert in managing projects to comply with contractual BIM protocols and documentation, such as Exchange Information Requirements (EIR), the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), a Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP), and a Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP)
• Capabilities in conducting analysis and design
• Experience in generating schedules and validations
• Experience in delivering projects based on LODs
• Experience in running BIM coordination/clash meetings and producing reports
• Experience in creating the IFC and production of COBie spreadsheets to support information
Interoperability within BIM Collaborative Environment
• Experience is Scan to BIM
• Expertise in carrying out energy analysis using Revit, Design Builder, open building designer
• Well versed with Dynamo Automation
• Experience of implementing ISO 19650
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of working within a design and build environment

What we offer:
• Salary £50 000-£68 000 (depending on experience) + car/car allowance and more
