Anderselite is excited to be working with a leading construction consultancy to find an experienced BIM Consultant. This consultancy is involved in a diverse range of projects, from implementing bespoke digital transformation programmes to providing BIM support across sectors such as defence, education, infrastructure, leisure, commercial, and residential.

We are looking for a BIM Consultant who is enthusiastic about driving BIM excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

- Cross-check and validate model information against project requirements.
- Develop and manage BIM documentation and standards.
- Conduct clash detection and facilitate design coordination meetings.
- Lead internal R&D initiatives and deliver technical demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
- Support and guide project teams in BIM-related activities and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Relevant degree with a comprehensive understanding of BIM principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years due to project security requirements.
