Anders Elite are partnering with global business specialising in sustainability, technology and environmental analysis who are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for various projects.

This specialist business is looking for a junior Quantity Surveyor who has previous experience however is looking for something a little different to the conventional with a company that offers unlimited growth potential.

The candidate:

At least 3 years experience in Civil Engineering, ground works, earthworks or something similar

Experience of NEC form of contracts

The ability to be able to work in London or Cambridge

Issuing sub contract drafts

Assisting the senior Quantity Surveyor and commercial manager

Dealing with pricing variations

CVR

Qualifications

BSc in Quantity surveying or an equivalent degree

Strong knowledge of NEC forms of contract

Accredited by RICS or CIOB preferably but not essential
