The role
We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for our client, a regional construction company based from their West Yorkshire office.
We require an individual that has previous experience of working as a QS/SQS ideally on similar types of schemes (JCT contract) and that is looking for an exciting new challenge.

Subcontractor payments
Variations
Measurement from drawing
Liaison with subcontractors and suppliers
Experience and skills required for the role
- Experience in a Senior QS role previously
- Care home / residential project experience
-Groundworks subcontractor working experience
- QS degree (or equivalent) Quantity Surveying degree or Commercial Management degree
- An excellent team player, demonstrating the ability to liaise with all levels of staff, contracts, clients and contacts.
- JCT form contract experience
Salary
£35,000 - £60,000
Car allowance
Will be expected to visit site
