Assistant Planner required for an Infrastructure specialist comprising of engineering and construction services active in the rail sector. They are renowned for their project planning capabilities and investing in their staff providing a highly skilled and equipped planners for their clients. They are now looking to add to their planning capabilities by recruiting an Assistant Planner for work on a contract basis on their planning and digital construction activities.

The Role.
To provide planning support in the design and delivery of multi-disciplinary rail projects
This will include producing design programmes and schedules using planning software and spreadsheets.
Assisting on bids
Providing Monthly Plans and reports
Ensuring Successful progress reports

About you
You will have:
An interest and understanding of multidisciplinary railway planning.
Experience in using planning software such as P6 and MS project.
Knowledge of resource scheduling, analysis and reporting of critical paths, work output rates (design tasks and construction).
Ideally hold a Higher Education qualification in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
