Due to recent project and framework wins, our client, a leading Tier 1 Rail and civil engineering contractor is seeking to employ a Project Manager to join their existing team based throughout the Birmingham and surrounding regions.

Our client has a wide portfolio of projects ranging from Bridges renewals, structures works, station projects (access for all, footbridges etc), lineside civils and other associated works.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of these projects and ensuring that the appropriate resources and sub contractors etc are appointed prior to commencement.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with the client and sub contractors and in assisting in securing repeat business.

Project Managers should be HND/Degree qualified in civil engineering or a related subject and will have previous experience of delivering these types of schemes within a rail environment. You will hold a current PTS and SMMSTS card and will have ideally worked for a railway Tier 1 contractor previously.
