Anderselite are currently looking for an Architectural Assistant Part II for a busy Architectural Firm based in the centre of Cardiff, South Wales. Responsibilities include;
- Produce concept designs, planning information, technical designs and technical specifications under the guidance of the Architect.
- Ensure that all design information is fully in accordance with Statutory Regulations and The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
- Assist in the management of design and technical delivery projects, maintaining contact with end user clients, contractors and consultants as required.
- Ensure that all information is fully checked prior to release for final checking by the Architect / Director.
- Prepare and submit design information for planning and building control approvals.
Requirements:
- Completion of Part II Architectural Studies.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
