Anderselite are currently looking for an Architectural Assistant Part II for a busy Architectural Firm based in the centre of Cardiff, South Wales.  Responsibilities include;

  • Produce concept designs, planning information, technical designs and technical specifications under the guidance of the Architect.
  • Ensure that all design information is fully in accordance with Statutory Regulations and The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
  • Assist in the management of design and technical delivery projects, maintaining contact with end user clients, contractors and consultants as required.
  • Ensure that all information is fully checked prior to release for final checking by the Architect / Director.
  • Prepare and submit design information for planning and building control approvals.

Requirements:

  • Completion of Part II Architectural Studies.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD software.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
