Anderselite are currently seeking a Part II /III for a Gloucestershire based Practice who specialise in the development of Commercial, Leisure and Education projects. Due to an expanding workload and several new, exciting projects wtheyare looking for talented, motivated and creative individuals to join their team.

Essential Skills
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of construction methods, detailing and current legislation. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and conscientious with experience of working alongside clients.
You will have excellent technical and presentation skills with a strong design sensibility and an eye for detail.
The role may involve taking a lead on projects through all RIBA work stages and you should be confident working directly with clients, consultants, statutory authorities and contractors.
You will have superb communication skills and ability to co-ordinate, reporting to the Director but also working independently, within a dynamic team.
Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing and 3D visualisation is required and the ability to sketch by hand is desirable. Experience with Revit would be a bonus.
